EU is willing to accept deal to exempt duties on Argentine biodiesel

The European Commission said it is willing to accept undertakings about minimum prices from producers of Argentine biodiesel to exclude them from possible anti-subsidy-duties. The interested parties have until Friday January 18 to comment on the proposal. EU countries will be consulted on this issue on January 30 and the deadline for definite duties is February 28.
