EU lowers anti-dumping duties against Argentina

Argentina will regain access to the European biodiesel market within a few weeks after its successful World Trade Organization challenge to Europe’s anti-dumping duties. For the past four years the EU had imposed tariffs on biodiesel from Argentina which will be lowered now. As a result a big part of the European biodiesel production is expected to be replaced by cheap imported soyoil-based biodiesel from Argentina.
