Cargill sells two oilseed processing facilities to Bunge

Cargill announced that it will sell the oilseed processing facilities and businesses in French and the Netherlands with annual processing capacities of approximately two million tons to Bunge. Both plants are soybean and rapeseed crush facilities. In the port of Amsterdam also the connected soybean oil refinery and part of the bulk port terminal assets dedicated to supporting discharge and storage of raw materials for the crush plant are sold. The associated 171 employees are to be transferred.
