Sensor unit for determination of biodiesel content in diesel blends

A handheld sensor unit for determination of the biodiesel content in diesel blends has been developed. Less than 50 milliliters of fuel are required to provide measurements that have an accuracy comparable to laboratory testing. Also impurities like vegetable oil, white spirit and water can be detected.
